KIM monitor as modified for the Corsham Tech KIM Clone board.
Notable changes:
* Removal of the code to save/load from cassette tape.
* Lunar Lander (First Book of KIM) added.
* Famer Brown (First Book of KIM) added.
* New X command from TTY to enter the Corsham Technologies xKIM extended monitor.
